NAIOP New Mexico steps into its next chapter as the Commercial Real Estate Development Association

New Mexico doesn’t wait for perfect conditions. Anyone who has spent time with the people building this state, including developers, brokers, contractors, engineers and public officials willing to take a meeting, knows that nothing here gets built by accident.

It takes someone willing to step in, take the risk, do the unglamorous work and stay at the table long after the easy part is over. That’s the spirit our local NAIOP chapter has run on for years. And it’s the same spirit carrying us into this next chapter.

Today, after 40 years as the New Mexico chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, our chapter joins 54 others across the United States and Canada to become part of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, now known as CREDA New Mexico.
