Awards of Excellence

Eligibility

1. Projects completed in the State of NM between January 1, 2025 and August 21, 2026
2. Any project that has not won a CREDA EAGLE Award in the past

Submission Rules

• Online Submissions – Submit each project as an individual submission via the form below. Each submittal must be in a PDF format and include ten (10) photos in 600 DPI, high resolution (professional) in JPG or PNG file format. Submissions that do not have the submission form, answers to the questions, and ten (10) photos by the deadline may be eliminated from consideration.
• Deadline & Delivery – Entries must be received by August 21, 2026, at 5 PM to be considered by the nominating/vetting committee. Those who have questions or issues with the online submission form can reach out to Rhiannon Samuel at [email protected]. Questions or concerns must be received before August 21, 2026 at 5 pm.

Fees: There is no entry fee for CREDA Members. Non-members are subject to a fee of $750 per entry.

What’s Next?

1. During the first two weeks of September, the Vetting Committee will review all applications, refining categories/awards to ensure a minimum of 3, and a maximum of 6 projects per category.
   
2. All finalists will be contacted by September 6th by an Awards Committee Member. Entrants may be asked to submit additional information if needed for the CREDA Awards of Excellence presentation.
   
3. All finalists/projects will be featured at the Awards of Excellence Ceremony on TBD.

Judging Criteria

1. Project overview & description of unique qualities (50%) (250 words or less)
2. Overcoming project challenges (25%) (250 words or less)
3. Success of your project (25%) (250 words or less)
4. Outline 2-3 most exceptional aspects of your project (these points will be highlighted if your project is given the Eagle Award in your category at the Awards of Excellence Ceremony).

Checklist

• Project must be completed by August 21, 2026
• 10 Color Photos – Interior/exterior, 600DPI high resolution (professional) in JPG or PNG file format. Renderings will NOT be accepted.
• Answers to the “Judging Criteria” questions.
• Completed Application Form
• Submit all projects to CREDA New Mexico by Friday, August 21, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
